8.6 Food & Dining Operations

Celebrity Hall · Official Food and Dining Hall · 01–03 October 2026

Rotational service is required because projected daily attendance exceeds simultaneous seating capacity.

Service Model

Food service operates in three or four timed lunch batches aligned with hall schedules and participant categories, with separate entry and exit routes for safe and continuous movement.

VIP & Segmented Service

A partitioned VIP, speaker and distinguished-guest dining section operates throughout the three days. Separate counters for sponsors, speakers, volunteers and general participants may be used where operationally necessary.

Venue Rules

No general meal distribution inside Hall of Fame, session rooms or Milky Way. Drinking-water stations are placed outside Celebrity Hall to reduce internal congestion.

Operations & Safety

Catering storage, dishwashing and waste routes stay separated from public movement. A packed-meal or overflow collection point near the Celebrity Hall foyer may operate subject to BCFCC approval. Food safety, hygiene, fire safety and waste-management requirements will be coordinated with BCFCC and the approved caterer.

Day-wise hall allocations are operational proposals and may be adjusted after the final program, room setup, capacity, fire-safety and BCFCC approvals are completed.
